Annual Fall Maintenance

Now that fall is upon us and the rainy weather has subsided, proactive property managers are speaking to landlords (owners) about annual maintenance items.

Two safety issues:  Dirty fireplaces and dryer ducts packed w/debris/lint.  Now is the time to authorize your property manager to have both cleaned to eliminate the possibility of the liability of a fire.....

Another maintenance item that sometimes gets deferred is having the fascia, soffits, roofs, driveways and, sometimes, the exterior of the home professionally steamed clean.  Mold and mildew will cause permanent staining if not done on a regular basis. And, you won't be getting one of "those notices" from your HOA!!
